2. DESIGN: The Knowledgebase site is disguised to look like a part of your site by integrating design elements from your site in the header and footer. Your visitors will feel like they are visiting a section of your own site.
   
   
3. LINKING TO YOUR SITE: Cross-linking between your own site and the Knowledgebase site will ensure that the visitor gets a seamless navigation between both sites. The visitor can easily jump between both sites.
